Steps we’re taking to keep you safe at the Lorenzo Hotel

Guestrooms

Our guestrooms utilize PTAC in wall mechanical units so that each guestroom is independent of all other hotel rooms utilizing outside fresh air. It is one of the few downtown Dallas hotels that employs such a system as opposed to a centralized HVAC mechanical system, to provide hotel guests greater peace of mind during their stay. We are also implementing extra disinfection of the most frequently touched guestroom surfaces – light switches, door handles, TV remotes, thermostats and more.

Public Spaces

Improved guidelines and procedures include increased frequency of cleaning & disinfecting with a focus on the front desk counter, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, room keys, and the fitness center. Sanitizing stations are also provided at primary entrances and key high traffic areas.

Staff

Staff at the Lorenzo in Dallas is compliant with procedures in accordance with the latest FDA, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Environmental Protection Agency guidance and in accordance with local and state officials. Masks are worn at discretion of staff or request of guest.

Pool

Pool is first come, first serve.

Our staff has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting pool area and high touch areas.

No outside food or drinks, including alcoholic beverages, will be permitted.

Due to our capacity restrictions, there may be a wait to use the Pool. Please be respectful of this policy mandated by the State of Texas.

Hamilton’s Restaurant

Our kitchen and waitstaff is taking every precaution necessary to keep everyone safe by wearing a mask and gloves. We are currently using QR codes and disposable menus upon request. Items such as salt and pepper shakers have been omitted, but are available upon request as well. We are also wiping down chairs and touched surfaces after a party departs.
